White Chocolate Mousse - two layers of chocolate cake, two layers of white chocolate mousse.  Finished with Swiss white chocolate curls and fresh fruit.   Seven Layer Torte - seven thin layers of our delicious yellow pound cake separated with chocolate french buttercream.  Finished with rich chocolate ganache and chocolate curls. Amaretto Torte - two layers of white cake and two layers of chocolate cake separated with amaretto-flavored french buttercream.  Finished with toasted almonds and chocolate ganache decorations.

French Fruit Tart - crisp tart shell filled with our own pastry cream and covered with fresh fruit - typically strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, blueberries and mandarin oranges.

Mousse de Framboises - three layers of moist chocolate cake separated by two layers of raspberry mousse and one layer of raspberry buttercream.  Finished with chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries. Black Forest Cake - traditional construction consisting of two layers of chocolate cake, one layer of white cake, whipped cream, cherries, chocolate french buttercream and chocolate shavings.
